Openings at the CARES Crisis Line
Crisis Line Workers (Remote)
Line Agents are responsible for taking incoming crisis calls, completing an initial clinical assessment and determining the next level of service.
Full-time and Part-time positions available. Weekday, weekend, morning, evening and overnight work hours available.
LPHA Supervisor
The Licensed Practitioner of the Healing Arts (LPHA) is primarily responsible for shift oversight within a 24-hour mental health crisis call center. The LPHA also offers community support and therapeutic assistance to callers and staff when necessary.
Full-time and Part-time positions available. Weekday, weekend, morning, evening and overnight work hours available.
Quality Administrator
Evaluate service delivery compliance according to relevant internal and external guidelines. Participate in the development of evaluation tools for quality assurance monitoring plans. Oversee the process for ensuring that all required standards for external annual audits are met and reported.
